JEFFERSON CITY, MO, MAY 17, 2018 – Each weekend this summer, Crowder State Park will host a series of Summer Explorer Hour events 10 to 11 a.m. beginning Saturday, May 26, and continuing each weekend through Sept. 1 at the park’s campground amphitheater. Participants in the Explorer Hour events will take part in a different nature activity each time, including exploratory walks, nature crafts and nature-themed games.

Participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather, including sturdy shoes. Insect repellent is also recommended.

Crowder State Park is located west of Trenton off Hwy 146. For more information about the event, call park office at 660-359-6473.
