Release Date

The public is invited to enjoy Christmas on the Farm at Watkins Woolen Mill State Park and State Historic Site.  The annual event will begin at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 3 at the park and historic site.

Visitors will be able to visit with costumed guides along lantern-lit paths to the Watkins family home.   Free samples of traditional treats, flaming of the plum puddings, reading of family letters and a visit with Father Christmas will be featured. Activities at the visitor center will include kid’s crafts and live holiday music. The event is free of charge and the Watkins home will be open for the duration of the event.
