The Boone County Regional Sewer District is receiving separate sealed bids for the Bolli Road NID Wastewater Improvements, HDR Project Number 10087939. Bids will be received at the district office, located at 1314 N. Seventh St., Columbia, Missouri, until Monday, June 3, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. local time. At that time, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The project consists of constructing ten residential grinder pumps and related control panels and connections to existing light panels, ten electrical permits, closure of ten septic tanks, 890 feet of force main (3-inch) and 1,400 feet of discharge line (1.5-inch).
This project is financed through the Missouri State Revolving Fund, established by the sale of Missouri Water Pollution Control bonds and federal Capitalization Grants to Missouri. Neither the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, its divisions, nor its employees will be party to the contract at any tier.

Instructions to Bidders
Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 11:00 a.m. local time on May 16, 2024, at the Boone County Regional Sewer District office, located at 1314 N. Seventh St., Columbia, Missouri. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged, but is not mandatory.
The Boone County Regional Sewer District reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject Bids.
