The Missouri Department of Natural Resources will hold a public meeting to discuss an anticipated proposed rulemaking related to home energy auditor certification. The primary purpose of the proposed rulemaking will be to codify the department’s process for certifying qualified home energy auditors under section 640.153, RSMo. At the meeting, the department will provide background information on the rulemaking and offer an opportunity for verbal comments.
