Battle of Pilot Knob State Historic Site hosts combined public meeting June 23

JEFFERSON CITY, MO, JUNE 8, 2018 – Battle of Pilot Knob State Historic Site invites the public to a combined informational meeting at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 23, at the historic site. The public is invited to share comments about the historic site along with Elephant Rocks State Park and their operations. Historic site staff will be on hand to provide information and answer questions.

Input from the public is important to Missouri State Parks. These informational meetings, which are being held in all state parks and historic sites, help create two-way communication with the public. The meetings give staff the opportunity to let people know the current status and future plans for the park or historic site, and they offer visitors the opportunity to comment on the facilities.

Battle of Pilot Knob State Historic Site is located at 118 East Maple, Pilot Knob. For more information about the informational meeting call the historic site at 573-546-3454.
