Cuivre River State Park hosts PALS in the Park leashed dog walk June 1

JEFFERSON CITY, MO, MAY 17, 2019 – Cuivre River State Park is the host site for a walk to benefit PALS Pets of Lincoln County, from 9 a.m. to noon, Saturday, June 1.  There is an option of either a one-mile or 5k route. Please check in at 8:30 a.m. at the lake shelter where adoptable dogs will be available for you to take on a walk. You may also bring your own leashed pet to participate in the walk. 

Participants who pre-register can purchase a t-shirt. To register for the event, visit the web at All proceeds from this event will benefit PALS Animal Shelter so they may continue to care for abandoned, neglected and abused pets. PALS is a no-kill animal shelter.
