If an account becomes locked, please log in to the Environmental Protection Agency website for Advanced Shared Services, which is located at https://encromerr.epa.gov/. Enter the user ID and password for the account. The page looks like this:

Advanced Shared Services will direct you to the password reset screen. Enter the email address associated to the account and the user ID; then select Submit. The page looks like this:

Advanced Shared Services will direct you to answer a security question. Answer the question and click the Submit button. The page looks like this:

Advanced Shared Services will notify you that it has sent an email message with a link to reset the password. The page looks like the screen shot below. Open your email, find the message and click the link within. Alternatively, you can copy the link and paste it into your internet browser. The link in the email message will be similar to this: https://encromerrdev.epacdxnode.net/PasswordReset/ResetPassword?code=feaad2e9-0f5e-4182-b26e-058ceaa84722.

Account Locked

Advanced Shared Services will open a password reset page. Enter and re-enter your new password and click the Submit button. The page looks like this:
