Fewer than 10 percent of the permitted facilities in Missouri used paper forms to report their emissions during 2016. Save time and money by entering your full emissions report in MoEIS. Email us or call 866-663-4748 to get a password for MoEIS to get started. We have received overwhelmingly positive feedback about the recent improvements to MoEIS.

Before you start filling out your emissions report, review the 2020 emissions reporting for full EIQ and 2020 emissions reduced reporting. These documents provide additional details about your emissions reporting requirements.

Information submitted in an emissions inventory questionnaire may satisfy the definition of confidential business information. A company must satisfy the requirements for a confidentiality request before the Air Pollution Control Program can grant such a request. When a company enters data directly into MoEIS, that is the most secure method of maintaining confidentiality. Note that in 2016, the Missouri Air Conservation Commission approved changes to the confidentiality rule. To learn more about making your EIQ confidential, see confidential EIQ information.
