Information Collected from Interactive Forms
On some of our Web pages we offer interactive forms that let the public voluntarily submit personal information (such as an email address, name or organization). This occurs when someone is registering for various conferences, workshops, or training sessions offered by the department, ordering publications from the department, or submitting comments to various Web discussion databases. In these cases, all submitted information is used only for the expressed purposes for which it is intended. However, when a comment is submitted to a department Web discussion database, if the name, email address, or other personal information is supplied, that information is posted along with the comment.
