JEFFERSON CITY, MO., MAY 14, 2008 -- The Missouri Department of Natural Resources will hold an informational meeting on Tuesday, May 27, to discuss issues related to Morris State Park near Campbell. The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the park's overlook. The public is invited.
Representatives from the department will discuss what has taken place at the park during the past year and what is being planned for the upcoming year and answer questions. The public is invited to share comments on the park and its services.
The meeting is part of an ongoing effort by the Department of Natural Resources to ensure that the public has input on facilities and services provided in state parks and historic sites.
Morris State Park is located five miles north of Campbell on Route WW in Dunklin County.
