JEFFERSON CITY, MO. NOV. 9, 2004 -- The Missouri Department of Natural Resources will hold an informational meeting Saturday, Nov. 20, to discuss issues related to Thomas Hart Benton Home and Studio State Historic Site in Kansas City. The meeting will begin at 1 p.m. at the home and the public is invited.

Site staff will be on hand to discuss recent changes and projects at the Benton home, plans for development of programs, and upcoming repairs and renovations at the site. Guided tours of the home and studio will be available before and after the meeting. Refreshments will be served.

The informational meeting is part of an ongoing effort by the department to ensure that the public has input on state parks and historic sites.

Thomas Hart Benton Home and Studio State Historic Site is located at 3616 Belleview in Kansas City.
