JEFFERSON CITY, MO, OCT. 29, 2004 - The Missouri Soil and Water Districts Commission will meet at 8:30 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 4, at the Department of Natural Resources' Conference Center, 1738 E. Elm St., Jefferson City. The commission will hear reports on district assistance, the cost-share program and other business.
