Jefferson City, Mo. - The public is invited to bring their ideas to an informational meeting at Lexington State Historic Site in Lexington on Thursday, Oct. 17. The meeting will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the site's visitor center.
Representatives from Missouri State Parks will be on hand to provide information about the historic site and answer questions. Agenda topics include completed and upcoming projects and planning for a future living history event. This informational meeting is part of an ongoing effort by Missouri State Parks to ensure citizens have input regarding the facilities and services offered in state parks and historic sites.
Battle of Lexington State Historic Site is located on Delaware Street in Lexington.
