Informational meeting for Big Oak Tree State Park Sept. 23

Jefferson City, Mo. - The public is invited to bring their ideas to an informational meeting for Big Oak Tree State Park and Towosahgy State Historic Site on Tuesday, Sept. 23. The meeting will be held at the City Administration Building, 219 N. Washington in East Prairie at 6:00 p.m.

Park representatives will provide information on future plans for the facility and answer questions. Visitors are invited to share comments and suggestions about park services and operations. This informational meeting is part of an ongoing effort by Missouri State Parks to ensure citizens have input regarding the facilities and services offered in state parks and historic sites.

Big Oak Tree State Park is located at 13640 S. Hwy 102, East Prairie, MO 63845.
