Hunt for Easter Eggs March 30 at Hunter-Dawson State Historic Site

Jefferson City, Mo. - Children ages 3 to 10 are invited to hunt for candy-filled eggs on Saturday, March 30, at Hunter-Dawson State Historic Site in New Madrid. Sponsored by Missouri State Parks, the Easter egg hunt will begin at 11 a.m. and is free and open to the public.
Participants are invited to bring their own basket or bag and search for more than 1,300 candy-filled eggs. Children will be divided into four age groups, and prizes will be awarded after the hunt. In case of inclement weather, the hunt will be cancelled.
