Missouri State Parks hosts informational meeting Nov. 28 at Gen. John J. Pershing Boyhood Home State Historic

The public is invited to bring their ideas to an informational meeting Wednesday, Nov. 28 at Gen. John J. Pershing Boyhood Home State Historic Site in Laclede. Sponsored by Missouri State Parks, the meeting will be held at 6 p.m. at the historic site’s visitor center.
In addition to the Pershing home site, the meeting will include information on Locust Creek Covered Bridge State Historic Site. Representatives from Missouri State Parks will provide information on future plans for both facilities and answer questions. Visitors are invited to share comments and suggestions about the facilities.
The informational meeting is part of an ongoing effort by Missouri State Parks to ensure citizens have input on facilities and services offered in state parks and historic sites.
