Missouri State Parks hosts informational meeting Oct. 18 at the Battle of Lexington State Historic Site

The public is invited to bring their ideas to a public meeting Thursday, Oct. 18 at Battle of Lexington State Historic Site in Lexington. Sponsored by Missouri State Parks, the meeting will be held at 7 p.m. in the site’s visitor center.
Representatives from the site will be on hand to provide information about the historic site and to answer questions. Agenda topics include completed and upcoming projects and the State Parks Youth Corps program.
This informational meeting is part of an ongoing effort by Missouri State Parks to ensure citizens have input on facilities and services offered in state parks and historic sites.
Battle of Lexington State Historic Site is located on Delaware Street in Lexington.
