Signature Security Question Reset
To change Advanced Shared Services signature security questions, click the “Register” button on the MoGEM Log On page. This button leads to the Advanced Shared Services Registration Request page.

At the Advanced Shared Services Registration Request page, click the “Log in to my account” button, which leads to the Advanced Shared Services Log In page.

Enter the User ID and Password. Then, click the “Log In” button.

The Advanced Shared Services Dashboard will open. Click on the “Profile” link.

The “Profile” link opens the Advanced Shared Services User Information page. Click on the “Edit” button beside “Signature Questions.”

Advanced Shared Services will open the Initiate Signature Question Reset page. Enter your password to begin the process.

Advanced Shared Services will open a page which indicates that an email message has been sent. Open the email message and retrieve the authorization code to continue the process of resetting your signature security questions and answers.

Advanced Shared Services will open the Reset CROMERR 20-5-1 Questions page, where the authorization code from the email message can be entered. Enter or paste the code. Then, click the “Reset” button.

Advanced Shared Services will open the SCS Registration: Additional Verification page. Select challenge questions and enter answers. Then, click the “Save Answers” button.
