Account Security Question Reset
LTo change the security questions for the account, click the “Register” button on the MoGEM Log On page. This button leads to the Advanced Shared Services Registration Request page.
At the Advanced Shared Services Registration Request page, click the “Log in to my account” button, which leads to the Advanced Shared Services Log In page.
Enter the User ID and Password. Then, click the “Log In” button.
The Advanced Shared Services Dashboard will open. Click on the “Profile” link.
The “Profile” link opens the Advanced Shared Services User Information page. Click on the “Edit” link.
Advanced Shared Services will expand the security question section to allow selection of different questions and entry of different answers.
When the changes are complete, click on the “Save Information” button.
