The Department of Natural Resources' Human Resources Program provides assistance to the Division of Administrative Support and the department's 1,500+ employees. As part of the Division of Administrative Support, our program administers the personnel policies and procedures of the department and the State of Missouri. Our Human Resources Program works to ensure the needs of our employees and our future employees -- our customers -- are met so they can take care of their customers, the citizens of Missouri.

Merit EASe Application
The first step to be considered for employment by an agency using the Merit System is to complete and submit an Application for Employment. There are two methods of applying for Merit System positions, either via paper application or by using the state's electronic application System (EASe).
