The purpose of this rulemaking is to bring the heat pump chapter of the Missouri Well Construction Rules in line with current industry technology. The current rules were promulgated in 1995 with only one new amendment to allow for changes to the industry.

The purpose of this rulemaking is to outline the procedures the division and Well Installation Board will take when a person is affected by a disciplinary action of the division.

Proposed language was printed in the Missouri Register on February 15, 2013. The public comment period ended on March 15, 2013; no comments were received. The Well Installation Board voted on March 19, 2013 to approve the final Order of Rulemaking. More information will be provided as this rulemaking makes it way to the Secretary of State's Office.
