The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, or EPA, accepted a permit-in-lieu of a Total Maximum Daily Load, or PIL, for East Brush Creek, WBID 0811, Moniteau County. 

303(d)-listed pollutants:

• Biological oxygen demand.
• Volatile suspended solids.
• Nutrients.

To address the listed pollutants, permit limits were adjusted or added for:

• Biological oxygen demand.
• Total suspended solids.
• Total nitrogen.
• Total phosphorus.
