Registered Computer Equipment Manufacturers List
The computer equipment manufacturers listed below have a department approved recovery plan. The recovery plan details how the manufacturer plans to offer free and convenient recycling to consumers of their specific computer equipment covered under Missouri's Electronics Scrap Management rule, which is located in the Code of State Regulations at 10 CSR 25-19.010. Covered equipment includes notebook or laptop computers with a display device measuring more than four inches diagonally, desktop computers, computer monitors or other display devices that do not contain a tuner, and the accompanying keyboard and mouse associated with the computer of the same manufacturing brand. Additional information is available on the main Electronics Scrap Management rule Web page. Manufacturers are required to submit an annual report for each calendar year.
If you own covered equipment manufactured by one of these companies, or a company that is now owned by a company listed below, you have the ability to have the equipment recycled at no charge.
