Hazardous Waste Generators Deactivated
Due to Non-Compliance Issues

The listed generators have failed to file required reporting, have failed to pay applicable fees and taxes, or both. Any Missouri treatment, storage and disposal facility that accepts hazardous waste from generators on this list would be considered in violation of section 260.390(3) of the Revised Statutes of Missouri for accepting waste from an improperly registered generator.
Two additional information items have recently been added to these lists. They are the date each generator was inactivated and the date the entire list was last updated.
