The following publications provide information on Environmental Emergency Response (EER) issues.

The Environmental Emergency Response (EER) Annual Report summarizes the department’s EER activities throughout the fiscal year (July through June). The report is generated using data collected by the EER Duty Officers who receive incident information from the department’s 24-Hour EER Hotline (573-634-2436) or via fax from the National Response Center. This information is then entered into the Missouri Environmental Emergency Response Tracking System (MEERTS) database.

Many other informative department publications can be found online.

A variety of publications, laws and regulations, and other information on environmental topics can be accessed at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
