This Document provides the necessary guidance for submitting a dispersion modeling protocol. The modeling protocol should thoroughly describe the proposed dispersion modeling analysis and should be submitted prior to performing the analysis. This allows the Air Pollution Control Program an opportunity to review the proposal and indicate any required changes. This streamlines the review process once the modeling analysis is submitted.
