File header includes latitude and longitude coordinates of tower.

Wind direction data has not been validated. Wind vane offset value may need to be corrected for some sites. Note: For site 10 wind vane offset revised July 2006. Correction affects ALL data files from Dec. 2003 to June 30, 2006 for this site.
